Internet sensation Kai Cenat consistently turns entertainment into milestones, and this past month proved no exception to his stellar track record of accolades.

Tagging the chat and some friends along for his third and final Mafiathon, an epic, record-breaking month-long streaming event, Cenat became the first streamer to reach not only 1 million subscribers but also exceed 1 million.

The way he pieced everything together and reached his biggest subscription goal thus far is nothing like viewers have ever seen.

This milestone encompasses more than sitting in front of a desktop patiently waiting for subscriptions to roll in. Cenat’s Mafiathon 3 raised the bar for anyone trying to compete.

No scripts. No intermissions. No camera cuts. Instead, all gas, no breaks and streaming 24/7 for the entire month of September.

Additionally, the lineup of celebrity guests kept the chat booming and the clips rolling.

Kicking off day one, Kim Kardashian was the first celebrity to appear on Mafiathon 3. From there, the list featured a versatile lineup featuring athletes, comedians, singers, rappers, actors, influencers and models.

On one Stream, fans watched as Ray J randomly appeared while Kai was showering. Then, on another action-packed stream, Mariah Carey hosted a spelling bee. Thereafter, Keke Palmer cracked jokes with Kai and friends. Draymond Green made an appearance and talked about basketball, Law Roach hosted a fashion show in Cenat’s yard, Tisha Campbell crushed on one of the guys in Kai’s house and Kevin Hart and Druski hilariously hosted their final sleepover at Hart’s house.

But that’s just a fraction of the many guests who pulled up and helped him carry out Mafiathon 3.

The most anticipated celebrity guest couldn’t be left out of the picture.

LeBron James was the final celebrity to arrive, and he also participated in cutting Cenat’s locs off after reaching 1 million subscribers.

That moment with LeBron was a candid moment in streamer history that viewers waited 30 days to witness.

Cenat also participated in adventurous activities and events that he had never done before.

The streamer went Skydiving, hosted his own freestyle/rap segment with On The Radar, participated in a mini fashion show, slept on a remote-controlled bed, showered daily to a DJ playing music and surprised a single mother with a home and car. Cenat’s name is now attached to success, milestones and history. Still, many know the 23-year-old Bronx native from streaming in a red room that is famously known for a rat running across the wood floors. Some even know him from dancing on the subway. A long way from the success he has now accumulated.

Reaching 1 million subscribers on Sept. 28, two days ahead of his deadline, he thanked his friends, family and the chat. He also offered beneficial advice to younger kids who are in shoes that he once walked in.

“Shoutout to New York for making me who I am, cause without New York, I wouldn’t have this personality. Shoutout to the Bronx. I know there’s a kid out there in the Bronx right now that wants to chase a dream, that doesn’t know what to do, that thinks it’s over. No cap, you can do whatever you want to do,” Cenat said.

Authentic energy, humor and authenticity have remained the same for the streamer, placing him in a position to become the most popular, followed and subscribed to Twitch, as of Oct. 2, according to Twitch Tracker

As Mafiathon 3 came to an end, Cenat left viewers with a motivational message that will inspire fans who can resonate with his journey to success 2.

“I just want to say I love y’all so much for supporting me throughout my years. It’s been an amazing month, and I want y’all to be able to really [...] take care of y’all ’selves. Genuinely work on that goal, work on whatever you want to do, cause you can achieve it. I love you guys so much,” said Kai.

From the red room to multi-million dollar mansions, Cenat’s vision and grind have made him the Top Twitch streamer, a true testament to Black excellence and perseverance.
