When thousands gathered in Atlanta for Invest Fest 2025, the message was clear: wealth is no longer only for insiders on Wall Street.

Over four days, from Aug. 21 through Aug. 24, audiences of every age, especially Gen Z, were urged to step into financial literacy and claim their place in the future of investing and obtaining financial stability.

Hosted by Earn Your Leisure, Invest Fest has grown into one of the country’s largest conferences at the intersection of business, culture and community. The event combined celebrity appearances, expert-led panels and hands-on workshops designed to make investing more accessible.

This year’s schedule showcased the wide scope of financial education in 2025. Attendees explored topics including retirement planning, Fidelity investment strategies, estate planning, artificial intelligence, social media monetization, building Black wealth and starting an investment portfolio from the ground up.

Special sessions for Gen Z emphasized how investing is about more than stocks and retirement accounts. It is also about creating independence, funding passions and building legacies.

Financial literacy was presented as a necessity, not an option. That urgency struck a chord with younger audiences who see investing as a tool to break cycles, create opportunities and secure stability.

The lineup featured entrepreneurs, cultural leaders, entertainers and financial experts who spoke openly about the challenges and opportunities in today’s economy.

Beyond the practical tips, the emphasis on community stood out. Many speakers reminded the audience that financial knowledge carries the most power when it is passed down to families and shared across neighborhoods.

While seasoned investors filled the halls, first-time learners found a place as well. Workshops on starting small, maximizing micro-investments and setting up a portfolio from scratch drew some of the largest crowds. The message was simple: no one is too young or too inexperienced to begin.

For Gen Z, the takeaways were especially powerful. Between investment apps that allow small contributions, social media platforms dedicated to financial literacy and emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, young people are entering a world where wealth-building can be more accessible and more creative than ever before.

The energy inside the Georgia World Congress Center captured why Invest Fest matters. The conversations were not only about money but about empowerment, ownership and the freedom that financial stability can provide.

Invest Fest 2025 showed that investing is not only about retirement savings. For Gen Z, it is about building businesses, supporting causes and designing lives on their own terms. With each session, the reminder grew stronger: the earlier you begin, the more control you have over your future.
