Victoria Monét Releases Children’s Book, "Everywhere You Are," to Support Parents and Ease Separation Anxiety.

Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Victoria Monét just changed the game for parents and young children with the release of her debut children’s book, Everywhere You Are—a heartfelt, lyrical picture book that speaks to love, connection and comfort during times of separation.

Released June 24, the book is available in both English and Spanish. It’s written to help ease separation anxiety in children while also supporting hardworking parents who are juggling the demands of raising children and caring for themselves.

This melodic story follows a gentle moon as it comforts a young star at dawn—a tender metaphor for the bond between parent and child. The narrative is brought to life by the whimsical and imaginative illustrations of Alea Marley.

The book’s colorful visuals and soothing message remind young readers that love remains present, even when their loved ones are far away, whether traveling, working long hours or no longer physically with them. It’s a gentle, poetic reminder that love lives on in the heart.

Inspired by Monét’s own experiences as a touring artist and devoted mother, the story reflects the challenges of balancing a demanding career with parenthood. It also offers affirmation for parents experiencing guilt and reassurance for children learning to understand absence.

To celebrate the release, Monét has launched a limited book tour, with stops in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Each event will include a book signing and photo opportunity for attendees.
